Day passes & visits

Do I need to book ahead?
No. Walk in any open day and buy a day pass for ₱400 at the front desk — or grab it online on the day-pass page.
What's included in a day pass?
Hot desk from 9:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, a Wi-Fi voucher for 12 hours, and your first coffee. One guest visit allowed.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes. Members pre-register guests from the Visitors page in the app. Day-pass holders can bring one guest with the pass.

Is there a contract?
No. Cancel any time. Wallet credit stays yours until you've used it.
Can I pause for a month?
Yes. Pause from your Membership page in the app. Billing stops, your door pass sleeps for the paused period, and one tap resumes.
What happens to wallet credit if I cancel?
It stays in your wallet for the closed-loop services (day passes, rooms, printing, coffee). Cash refunds happen only when we initiate them.
Can I upgrade or change plans?
Yes. Pick a new plan any time from your membership page. It starts on your next renewal date. The month you’re in stays as it is, with no refund and no extra charge.

How do I cancel a room booking?
From the booking detail page or /m/bookings. Full refund 24+ hours before, 50% from 24h to 2h before, no refund within 2 hours.
What if I'm a no-show?
The room releases after 15 minutes. The wallet is still charged.
Can I extend a meeting room?
Yes if the room is still free after your slot. Just book another block — same wallet charge.

How do I top up?
From /m/wallet, pick an amount (₱100 minimum, ₱50,000 maximum per transaction), pay by card. Credit lands instantly.
Does wallet credit expire?
No.
Where are the receipts?
Every transaction generates a BIR-style PDF invoice. See /m/invoices for the full history.

How does the door pass work?
Once your membership is active, the door pass auto-issues and you tap in with your phone. Apple Wallet + Google Wallet passes are coming.
How long is the Wi-Fi voucher good for?
Day-pass and member guest vouchers last 4–12 hours. Member day-pass equivalents auto-issue on arrival.

Can I export everything you have on me?
Yes, instantly. Go to /m/privacy and click Download archive. Compliant with RA 10173.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Submit a deletion request from /m/privacy. Soft-delete with a 30-day reversal window. Financial records (invoices) are retained for 10 years per BIR rules even after deletion.

Members can ask the AI assistant in-app — and it loops in a real person automatically when it can’t answer.
