Who these terms cover
These terms cover anyone using the Leap Studios member app — whether you’re a member, a day-pass buyer, an event ticket holder, or someone visiting on a member’s invitation.
Membership and the space
Your membership plan is the contract between you and Leap Studios. The app reflects that contract — bookings, credits, contracts, invoices — but doesn’t replace it. If something in the app disagrees with your signed contract, the signed contract wins.
Credits in your wallet
Credits load with cash you paid us; redeem for things Leap provides directly (rooms, day passes, printing, swag). Credits do not expire and are not transferable. If you cancel and have unused credit, we refund it through the same payment method you used to load it.
Food & beverage orders
When you order from Good Cup or any bento partner through the app, you’re buying from them, not from Leap. They’re the merchant of record, they handle the food, and any quality or safety concern goes to them. We relay your order and surface the status; we don’t take a cut of the food sale.
Hosting events
If you host an event on the platform — member or external organizer — you’re responsible for what you say at it, who you invite, and any tickets you sell. Payment goes to your payment account, not ours. Leap reserves the right to remove events that violate house rules.
Things you can’t do
Don’t scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to subvert authentication. Don’t harass other members. Don’t use the space for anything illegal under Philippine law.
Liability
We do our honest best to keep the app and the space working. If we fail you in a way you can show caused you direct loss, our aggregate liability is capped at what you’ve paid us in the last 12 months. That’s standard and unavoidable.
Changes
If we change these terms materially, you’ll see a banner on sign-in and we’ll ask you to re-accept. Small wording fixes don’t need re-acceptance but you can always see the current version here.
